A Predator

(With that, we see black and white footage of Scourge. We see him walking to the ring, the Intercontinental Title draped over his shoulder. We see him planting opponent after opponent with massive spine busters. We see him holding men on his shoulders with ease in the torture rack. Then we see him executing the Guillotine on a variety of opponents, sometimes on steel chairs, other times through tables.)

A Righteous Warrior

(More black and white clips, this time of The Paladin. Shots of him executing a variety of suplexes and slams are interspersed with shots of him waving a large American flag over his head, placing his hand over his heart, and lowering his head in prayer. Finally, various shots of him connecting with the Pledge of Allegiance, including a few on the concrete floor.)

A Dark Prince

(Jean is seen in various different settings. He is seen on rooftops, in alleyways, and in graveyards. He is either crouching or casually strolling through these various scenes. Then we see shots of him in the ring, still in black and white. Kicks and various aerial moves are featured before we get to numerous clips of him catching unsuspecting opponents with the Deadly Promise.)

A Champion

(Hazard. Of all the clips thus far, these are the most gruesome. If not for the black and white footage, the screen would be alive with shades of red. In most the clips both Hazard and his opponents wear the infamous crimson mask. Finally clips of him connecting with the Flatscan are shown. Some are in the ring, others outside it. The last clip is of him hitting the Flatscan on Mark Payne into a box full of broken glass, thumbtacks, and nails.)

The Established Order

(Shots of various AGW superstars. (After all these black and white clips, the screen suddenly comes to life with color. Shots of Mark Payne, Oblivion, Scion, Darian Blaze and the Wrecking Crew, among others, play in rapid succession. (We are live in Atlanta, Georgia. The sold out crowd is hot, both literally and figuratively. Based in the North East, FCW doesn’t get to this neck of the woods very often. So the FCW fans down here are excited to be a part of this event. The show has also attracted a number of AGW fans from the area, making for a rather mixed crowd. The one thing they all have in common is a desire to see some wrestling action, and this show promises to deliver. We cut to a shot of Kevin Cole, dressed in a nice suit, and Nik Cain, dressed in jeans, a t-shirt, and a leather blazer.)

Kevin Cole: Full Contact Wrestling is live in Atlanta and back on pay per view! We’ve got a huge show for you tonight with will culminate in a clash between FCW and AGW!

Nik Cain: It’s a battle that’s been brewing since AGW reopened its doors a couple months ago and that’s about to bubble over.

Kevin Cole: And, as is customary at pay per view events, ever FCW title will be on the line!

Nik Cain: Both Hazard and Scourge will pull double duty, trying to defend their titles against Jean and The Paladin respectively before going into the main event.

Kevin Cole: And Studz-a-Plenty will have to defend against not one but two tag teams, The Goodfellas and The Southern Boys! And, speaking of tag teams, it will tag team action getting the show started as the Death Squad gets this started against newcomers American Trash!

Nik Cain: Can’t say I’m familiar with American Trash so it will be interesting to see how they fair against the impressive duo of the Death Sqaud.

(Scourge and the Paladin stand in the ring, when stepping from behind the curtain is a man clad simply in an FCW T-shirt and a pair of black a.d.i.d.a.s. warm-up pants. No music. No strobe lights. No flashy video wall introduction, just one man who defines the very essence of FCW and a very, very determined look on his face. The fans know who he is and the crowd looks to the ring as Scourge and the Paladin look out at the “The Blonde Bastard” of the FCW, the infamous Mark Payne. Walking without deviation Payne goes to the ring, his eyes cold his mouth set in a way that is very, very un- Payne like. This man isn’t worried about titles or arrogant promos right now; he has another agenda and the steel chair clutched in his hand gives us an idea what that agenda might entail. Payne slides into the ring, the Paladin and Scourge still very much wary of what he is about to do. Payne looks at Scourge but instead pivots and drills The Paladin with the chair. Payne then sends him in for the ride with an Irish Whip and follows it up with a Superstar Superkick that lands directly in the face of the Paladin sending him down in a heap, jarred and stunned in the corner.

Scourge has watched all of this with some amusement thus far, but his smile fades when Payne turns his head and looks directly at one of his many enemies in FCW. Payne, showing absolutely no fear of this man, walks right up to him and sends a right hand into Scourge’s face. Scourge fires back and they start trading blows…Scourge gets the upper hand and plants a boot to Payne’s midsection and sets him up for the Guillotine. As Scourge goes to lift him up Payne blocks and drops to one knee and lowblows Scourge with a vicious uppercut…Payne gets up and sets Scourge up and delivers the Moment of Clarity onto the steel chair rendering him unconscious on the mat…Payne looks around and walks back over to the Paladin and picks him up and with a look of disgust throws the man down on top of Scourge, both of them now in a heap…Payne signals for the mic this crowd listening with great intent.)

Mark Payne: I have been here a long time. Bleeding night and day for the FCW, breathing it in like the very oxygen I need for existence. I was there when these doors opened; I was there when it was Scion, Tom Tennant, Most Holy, and myself fighting for the FCW World Title. I have fought them all, found myself injured so many times, feeling the toll of fighting the best in the world on my body night after night. Madmen like Oblivion have tried to end me, they all have…Monarch, Tennant, Dark Enigma, Scourge, Jean, Hazard, Scion, Evenkiel, Paladin, Sambo, and so many others have tried to do what no one seems capable of: shut me down. To beat me when it counts and hold that ever so coveted ultimate win over me. I have fought them all for this company, giving my body to it so I can do what I love to do. When TEW invaded I was there to lead when no one else seemed capable of. I went in and wrecked their champion, carrying the flag of FCW with pride because despite my demeanor this place, these fans, the essence of everything FCW is, is something that flows throughout my very veins.

(The crowd burst into chants of Payne and FCW, beloved by the FCW diehards, a man who they can not help but cheer, bowing in a dramatic fashion with their hands in a sign of respect for the FCW Icon that stands within the ring…Payne smiles for the first time, that trademark look that has defined him for his entire career. The Paladin and Scourge are stirring, but Payne simply kicks them both out of the ring the medics waiting to take them to the back. Payne, not distracted any longer, continues on.)

Every time I was counted out in this business I have found a way to defy the odds and make myself just that much better. Every time someone has claimed they have taken my spot as the best in this entire industry I rise to that occasion and take them down. I’m not always the favorite, because every month it seems there is some new monster, some new superstar who supposedly is better, faster, and stronger then me…I prove them all wrong, leaving them on the ground broken and beaten by the best they will ever do battle with. Now it seems I have to do it one more time, perhaps one last time…I’ve beaten legends, become one myself, won titles, and destroyed careers...

But sometimes you need to remind people of it all. I have grown complacent and people have left me alone, thinking I am content simply beating men week after week…I grow restless wondering when I will truly be challenged. He then pulls away the mat near the ring steps, removing what little padding they provide. He then picks Coy up for the Street Dreams, walks up the steps, and leaps off with a Street Dreams from the top of the steps down to the exposed concrete.)

Kevin Cole: Oh...dear...lord! Samson came from out of nowhere and Coy is out cold!

Nik Cain: But they may not be able to enjoy them. The Crew is at ringside.

(Monarch has arrived at the ringside area as well and quickly enters the ring, mic in hand.)

Monarch: Fellas, the Crew’s got no beef with you. So get out of this ring right now, take those title belts, and go celebrate your win. You don’t want to be around for this. (looking down at Bo) As for you, get up you spineless son of a bitch!

(Monarch lays the boots into Bo, which doesn’t help him in his attempts to stand up. Finally, Monarch lets Bo get up, only to kick him in the midsection, wrap his hands around his throat, hoist him up, and nail him with the Fall of Western Civilization. By this point, Samson has entered the ring, steel chair in hand. He opens it enough to place Bo’s head in between it. With Bo’s head sandwiched between steel, Monarch holds his arms out, soaking in the approval of the fans who know what is about to happen. Then he stomps on the chair with all his might and then does it again. Samson pulls the chair off the now bloody skull of Bo. Both members of the Wrecking Crew slide out of the ring. Coy has managed to get to his feet, only to be on the receiving end of a vicious chair shot from Samson. The Crew walk up the ramp but they stop halfway. Monarch turns around.)

Monarch: Do NOT fuck with the Wrecking Crew.

(“Big God/Raped Souls” blasts through the arena as the Wrecking Crew continue on their way to the back.)

Kevin Cole: The Wrecking Crew have just sent The Southern Boys one heck of a message!

Nik Cain: Let’s just hope they send AGW as strong of a message.

Kevin Cole: Medical personnel are attending to the Southern Boys. We are going to cut away from a brief intermission. When we return, Full Contact Wrestling takes on Anything Goes Wrestling in a ten-on-ten elimination war!
