(The screen is black. We hear the sound of soldiers marching as the following words appear across the screen:

It's A Wicked World We Live In

As the opening piano line of “Diamonds and Guns” by The Transplants begins, the screen quickly comes alive with highlights of the various FCW superstars. The battles between the Horsemen of the New Apocalypse and the Aces of Fortune are featured prominently, as are clips of Hazard, Scourge, Payne, Oblivion, Explosion, and The Paladin. The highlights continue for the duration of the entire song, so that every wrestler on the roster gets at least a little screen time. As the song comes to a close, the title screen appears.)

(As the title screen fades, we are live in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is home to legalized gambling, legalized prostitution, and plenty of other so-called undesirable elements. And, tonight, it’s home to Full Contact Wrestling. They don’t call it Sin City for nothing. After panning the crowd for several seconds, we cut to the announce position, occupied as always by Kevin Cole, doing his best penguin impression in an ill-fitting tuxedo, and Nik Cain, looking like he fits in with the rest of the hustlers and sharks that populate the city.)

Kevin Cole: Full Contact Wrestling is back on pay per view and coming to you live from Las Vegas, Nevada! Tonight’s event features a 16-team Lethal Lottery tournament!

Nik Cain: It’s a cliché, but you very well could wind up standing beside your worst enemy as you look across the ring at your best friend.

Kevin Cole: But we’ve got some other big matches to get to as well. Darian Blaze will defend the World Title against Mark Payne!

Nik Cain: These two always put on a four or five star classic when they go at it. You know, ever since Jean’s six-month reign came to an end, people have had a hell of time holding onto that gold. Hazard dropped it in his first defense against Explosion, who went on to drop it in his first defense against Blaze. And, for the superstitious among you, no World Champion has ever walked into The Lottery and walked out still champ. Two years ago, Most Holy walked in as champ only to lose to Scion. Last year, it was Blaze with the belt but it was Scourge walking out with it. This is the town for betting men, and most of their money is probably on Payne.

Kevin Cole: The Heretics will also be defending their tag titles against Brad Steel and Nimrod!

Nik Cain: Nimrod’s got a chance to become the first double champion in FCW history, as he’s still got the TV strap in his massive grip. However, Steel and Nimrod lack the experience that the Heretics bring to the table and let’s face it the Horsemen have been ahead of the Aces almost every step of the way in their battle for supremacy.

Kevin Cole: Very true. It’s time to get this show underway and we start of with The Paladin taking on The Messenger in a glass death match!

Nik Cain: This one will not be for the faint of heart, of that I can assure you.

Kevin Cole: Let’s get to the ring!

This contest is a no-DQ-no-countout-no-time-limit-Glass Death match scheduled for one fall.

His opponent...
Hailing from Santa Monica, California...

(Blaze, enters the ring slowly with the crowd on their feet. Blaze, pulls a mic out from his belt buckle, and places it slowly up to his lips. Blaze stares coldly at Payne, as the World title rest on his shoulder.)

Darian Blaze: You said this business, this place is your house but you’re wrong. This place is Oblivion’s, Hazard’s, Scion’s, Mark Payne’s, and Darian Blaze’s. This house was built for the very best fighters in this sport, the ones who bled, sweated, and sacrificed something to be better than all the rest. You want the FCW World title, but, despite what the critics say, despite, the déjà vu that surrounds this PPV like glass, I don’t see myself as the Cinderella in this story. However, tonight I see myself with a job to do. No other company puts up the numbers quite like us, and tonight you, and I, we show the world, what the two biggest stars in this industry are capable of. You’re the Icon, but tonight your blood spills compliments of the ONE and ONLY Ace of Hearts.
